About Ben
I was raised in Northern Utah and moved to Boise, Idaho after I finished college. I enjoyed jobs in medical device sales and accounting and finance. All are incredible career paths but I found a passion in selling undeveloped land below market value.
My most cherished memories have been in the open spaces of the Western United States. I began to research rural vacant land and fell in love with all of the prospects that it held. It is an old idea go out and acquire rural land and call it your own. The last century has pulled us tighter into densely populated cities so that we could be hooked into the grid and have jobs. Communications and emerging energy technologies are rapidly making it more realistic to live independent of the grid while still holding a normal job and taking advantage of the freedom and lifestyle that rural areas provide.
