Every week we review thousands of properties and look for land that fulfills each of four criteria:
Affordability - We purchase land at a rate where we can sell it at 50% of the lowest comparable market value. By doing this we insure that our properties will sell quickly and our buyers will have instant equity in the land they have purchased, whether they choose to keep it for a lifetime or sell it immediately for a profit.
Access - All of our land contains access so that it can be utilized immediately.
Acreage - We specialize in parcel sizes that allow a sense of freedom and privacy to do as you please on your land.
Attributes - The land we pursue contains attributes that would be desirous to buyers. We look for property that possesses stunning views, geological features, proximity to recreation areas, and is within reasonable distance to amenities.
